You must write a report relating to a particular aspect of Information Technology Law and Ethics. The requirement is to describe and critically analyze the approach of Irish Law to a particular ethical issue related to Information Technology. You must include a bibliography and make references to appropriate academic texts and articles. At least two academic resources must be used in your assignment. Topic: Evaluate the legal provisions relating to the right to privacy under Irish law and critically assess the threats and challenges that advances in Information Technology have brought to the enjoyment of this right for individuals in our society.
