Service User History: Looking after a service user who has Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and a learning disability estimated to be in the Moderate range. He has a long history of using challenging behaviors to communicate, associated with periods of high arousal, and dysphoria. He is an impulsive young man, who is at risk of injuring himself or others at times of high arousal AND absconding.
