What is the core issue that you want your research to provide some answers for or what is the central focus of your work, what do you want to find out or explore?

I want to look at the initiative portrayed by a voluntary group of people, where the self-drive and motivation come from to achieve such high standards and how they adapted and overcame the challenges and broke down barriers to achieve what they achieved and how we can replicate the process, looking at how the process changed where the leadership traits and behaviors came in to place to make the decision to compete, where the motivation, dedication, and leadership come from involuntary capacity and the importance of a good relationship between the community and local government, exploring the link between traits and behaviors and the strength of initiative that drives change leading to their Success.  The rationale and the potential contribution of my research: Why do you want to do this research – how will it benefit society or the workplace?
