Abstract
In the proposed study, a detailed examination of the factors that are affecting the scaling up of the district-level MSI, post the implementation of the PERFORM2Scale project in Malawi has been made. The examination is planned to be undertaken by collecting qualitative primary data with the help of semi-structured interviews. The interview is planned to be conducted with the 15 team members, including 7 females and 8 males of the district health management of Malawi. Also, the desk research method will be used to collect secondary data. The gathered data in the research is analyzed in the study using the thematic analysis technique.
