Scenario

You work as an outreach worker and are the first point of contact in a community-based organization in Ballyfermot supporting individuals with social issues including homelessness, addiction, and mental health needs. Your organization has recently been tasked with reviewing how they assess risk and treat service users taking into account current legislation and different models of treatment.
