LEARNING OUTCOMES
On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to:
⦁ Critique current practice in early childhood education and care to emerging critical discourses
⦁ Critique the roles and responsibility necessary for quality leadership
⦁ Demonstrate an understanding of the application of Siolta in an Early Years Setting and reflect on its effectiveness.
