Lean Case Studies – Review Report
The student is required to select and review four Case Studies presented in the Lean Construction Ireland Annual Book of Cases 2020. The review report is to be a maximum of 2500 words and captures the following headings for each Case Study.
Each Case Study
- The review is to evaluate the strategy or strategies used in the case study for the implementation of the Lean Construction system and what was the quality system used (if noted).
- The review is to assess the lean tools used and assess the pros and cons of these tools within the case study and how the quality was improved on project with these tools (if noted)
Discussion section of the review report (to include all four Case Studies)
- The student is to provide a discussion section, indicating what other lean tools or quality systems could have been used in any or all these Case Studies and the possible benefits of these. Student to Research
