The Student Is Required To Be Able To Analyze The Performance Management Strategy Of A Company: People And Performance Management Report, UCD, Ireland

The student is required to be able to analyze the performance management strategy of a company using the theoretical knowledge that they have acquired. The report will primarily cover the material that was acquired throughout the semester in People and Performance Management, but the student is free to bring in material from any other subjects that are relevant to their report.

The student should be working on the report throughout the semester by researching the company, taking care to properly reference any material (reports, websites, journal articles, newspaper articles, etc) that they come across, and relating the material covered in lectures (and tutorials) to their chosen company.

The writing up of the report should ideally be left until closer to the submission date as each student will be continuously developing their knowledge and understanding of the subject throughout the semester. Students are advised, however, not to leave it to the last minute in case they encounter difficulties with their computer, etc.
