A view balcony is to be provided at the upper level. A minimum of 35% of the building is to be glazed. Ground tests performed indicate bedrock 1meter below the surface. The building shall comply with current building regulations. The brief from the club requests the building be designed to take into account current trends in the context of low car emissions, energy conservation.

Your report shall include details for the following building elements:

• Suitable ground and intermediate floors gave the anticipated loads and activities.
• An external wall takes into account structural and thermal characteristics and performance.
• A roof for the building.
• External doors and windows. Details of your proposals relating to the buildings energy efficiency for the envelope.

• A plan view of the floors in the building and an elevation view of the entrance side.
• Section illustrating the ground and intermediate floor construction b. Section illustrating external wall composition.
• Section illustrating window installation detail.
