a) The European Union (EU) has adopted the WHO/FAO Framework for Food Safety Risk Analysis.

b) Microbiological Risk Assessment (MRA): Using the MRA Excel Workbook Model provided, select one food product/commodity and one microbiological pathogen (Bacterial) and conduct a risk assessment.
