Option A – Skills Demonstration 25%:
Your company is the lead seller for the Glasnew Development (as per Assignment Brief 2). You are the head of sales and marketing and as such, you are tasked with the job of training in new sales staff through a sales training presentation. In your presentation you must:
- Outline your company’s sales negotiation strategy (5 marks)
- As part of this training
- you must include a role-play applying your above negotiation strategy when dealing with a customer interested in purchasing a Glasnew property. Your role-play should:
- Highlight the features and benefits of the property
- Deal with the customer/client’s concerns/queries based on their needs
- Outline the key steps in the sales process (14 Marks)
- Outline your after-sales or customer/client service policy (3 marks)

Option B – Skills Demonstration 25%:
In the run up to the launch of your new property management company (as per Assignment Brief 2) demonstrate the company’s sales negotiation strategy for future staff.
- Outline your company’s sales negotiation strategy (5 marks)
- As part of this training you must include applying your above negotiation strategy when dealing with a potential client interested in engaging in your services. Your role play should:
- Highlight the features and benefits of the property services company
- Deal with the client’s concerns/queries based on their needs
- Outline the key steps in the sales process/contract agreement process (14 Marks)
Outline your after-sales or customer/client service policy (3 marks)
Option C – Skills Demonstration 25%:
As head of management at the Mart (as per Assignment Brief 2) you are tasked with the job of training in new sales staff through a sales training presentation. In your presentation you must:
1) Outline the mart’s sales negotiation strategy (5 marks)
2) As part of this training presentation you must include a role-play applying your above negotiation strategy when dealing with potential mart customers. Your role-play should:
- Highlight the features and benefits of the livestock for sale
- Deal with customer/client concerns/queries
- Outline the key steps in the sales process (14 Marks)
