A significant change has developed in the structure of pharmaceutical industries in the past decade. In the past, the model could be represented in the form of a machine, where everyone was assigned a role and expected to follow the tasks handed out to them. Nowadays the industry is striving to promote and develop involvement as well as engagement, strong networks, and building trust and self-development. It is my opinion that the changes implemented over the years in how a factory is governed have brought a spectrum of positive changes including better intrinsic motivation and empathy.
