They are aware that they are not sufficiently utilising the data that they are collecting from customers and prospective customer queries. Pass IT currently use MS Excel to collect data. You have been asked to advise them on the following:
- Should they switch their data collecting platform from MS Excel to MS Access. Give them three (3) reasons why they should or should not do this. (40 marks)
- Recommend how Pass IT can benefit from using data analysis. Use one (1) of the MS Access reports that you are working on in the lab to illustrate your points (60 marks)
