Task: The task for the individual project in MN305 is to write a management briefing that
informs Áine Kennedy of The Smooth Company on how her company can make use
of and partner with an intermediary for user innovation and crowdsourcing.

The management briefing must present in-depth reflections on each of the following
three questions:

1. Which specific services of the intermediary should The Smooth Company
use?
It is advisable for focus on one or max. two specific services and you must
explain this/ these services briefly.
2. How can the chosen service(s) support The Smooth Company in improving
its existing offers or in developing new offers?
3. Which specific information and other resources must be provided by The
Smooth Company and the intermediary before the intermediary’s offer can
be used in a meaningful way?
The reflections should take the specific characteristics of The Smooth into account
(being a relatively young, small, and resource constrained company)
