Please source an impactful piece of published material in Paramedicine (or a related field in Emergency Medicine) that will allow you to construct a research report. In your report please:

1. Describe the methods used in the paper
2. Describe and discuss the recommendations articulated in the paper
3. Describe and discuss the impact (or potential) on paramedic practice.

**Please note that the research paper must related to Pre-Hospital Emergency Care.
