Your project should begin with an introduction outlining what the project hopes to achieve; thereafter you should explain and define HRM, locating the subject in its historical context; then detail with good examples those best practices in HRM.

Most importantly, conclude with your response to the above comment that that staff as the biggest cost need ‘a kick up the backside’.

Your paper should be supported by at least six sources that display extensive up-to-date knowledge and understanding of HRM and the key areas differentiating high-performance organisations as well as some of the theories and concepts pertaining to contemporary HRM and the process of optimising and sustaining high performance.
