There are no water storage definition in the glossary of ESRS E3. Our company follows the ICMM water guidelines as a standard for water reporting. ICMM defines water storage as “A purpose built Structure designed to collect or hold operational water (eg tanks, dams, reservoirs and disused pits). Example ; Either water coming from natural rainfall, runoff, seepage or intentional water storage for treatment, discharge or further use in production (recycled)”. Does the definitan compatible with the ESRS E3 requirement§.2 Thank you.
