They aim to resolve them and ensure a better employee engagement program. The research aim is a wide-ranging factor and on the other hand research objective is short term factor. The purpose of the research aim is to provide answers to research questions. It tries to highlight the important areas to deal with.

It enables an organization to develop a strategic plan and to decide the future organizational structure. It has been developed by giving focus to the organizational scenario and ensuring proper employee engagement in the workflow. In this case, proper communication of the objectives and the concerned ideas are important, as it will assist to overcome the existing issues. In this manner, an organization can achieve its desired objective within the given period.

In the situation of the pharma industry, it is important to adopt an authentic strategy to maintain a proper organizational structure. Due to this process, employees also get a better chance to flourish in their careers by ensuring better chances for skill development. To ensure proper engagement of employees, their diversified needs are needed to be given priority, and for that purpose, wide-ranging researchers are important as the needs are different for all.

In this matter, both the qualitative and quantitative approaches need to be given priority because, in this manner, a better understanding can be developed. Pharma companies will perform well only with proper employee engagement. This research is important to understand the diversified approaches of the needs of employees and to develop the necessary framework for future development plannings accordingly.
