Part 1

Carry out a leisure activity with clients who suffer from a  cognitive    and sensory impairment

3. Health promotion

 Carry out a health promotion activity

4. Therapeutic intervention

Carry out a therapeutic intervention with a client e.g. exercise class or a head, hand, or foot massage

Part 2

1. Describe how you prepared for each of your skills demonstrations and what equipment you selected and why
2. Describe how you implemented a safe environment and infection control during each demonstration
3. Provide a summary of your communication during the task
4. Carry out a self-reflection on how well you communicated during the task; list your successes and potential improvements for next time
