2. Select one of the following videos from Manual Handling Video Series 1
   1. Repetitive Packing Operation (Case Study 8)

or

1. Manual Handling of Reels (Case Study 9)
2. For the video you have selected please address the following:
   1. Provide an alternative risk control strategy to the one provided.
   2. State how you are addressing each of the specific hazards and risks identified in the video.
   3. Clearly state how your new strategy complies with the Hierarchy of Controls (nine principles of prevention).

4. Support your answer using a sketch (this can either be hand drawn or using software).
