Create a report, (3000 words) that critically evaluates training and talent development as a strategic challenge. Select an organization or sector of your choice. Investigate and recommend how they should devise, manage, implement and evaluate the knowledge management process. Using the results of the TNA in assignment 1, design an appropriate training intervention to respond to the identified KSA gaps. Design a suitable evaluation sheet to capture the value and impact of the learning intervention.
