Each of these topics is significant when considering the strategic direction of an organization and collectively can enable the appropriateness and effectiveness of the organizational strategy.

Your brief for this assignment is to synthesize the topics covered, the assigned readings, your own independent readings and organizational examples to identify and critically assess the strategic performance of the LEGO organization under two of the following headings:-
