Assignment Objectives:
To assess students’ understanding of the concepts involved in performance and reward management and how these are applied in practice.

This assignment is broken into two parts, equally weighted; 50 marks each

⦁ You are required to research and analyse relevant academic literature concerning ONE of the topics below. You must present a comprehensive fully referenced academic research paper on this area. The use of substantial secondary research is required to achieve the optimal understanding of your research topic. In short, a comprehensive critical literature review and full assessment of the area must be evident.

Word Count: 2500 words for each part (Total; 5000 words).

10% flexibility in word count will be permitted, either below the minimum or above the maximum, with no penalty being incurred.

Word counts outside these limits will incur an automatic 10% penalty of the final mark, regardless of the quality of content.

Please ensure the final correct word count, excluding appendices and bibliography is clearly indicated on the front cover of your assignment.

Failure to follow these procedures will result in the assignment being returned to you unmarked.
