Analyze your own workplace in relation to any three of the above issues. Identify areas that
could benefit from improvements or where new legislation, codes of practice, or case law have
recently been introduced or will shortly be introduced—which will necessitate changes in your
workplace.

Suggested Amendments/Improvement:
