Review three CSR reports by the company. These need not necessarily be three consecutive years, for example, 2010, 2012 and 2016. It must however include the most recent report.

Analyze these reports in terms of carrying out an audit of their CSR policy and initiatives. The key questions which need to be addressed are as follows:

• What is the core objective of the company’s CSR policy, in other words, why are they engaging in CSR?
• What are the key stakeholder groupings and CSR initiatives associated with each of these stakeholder groupings of the company?
• Does their CSR policy or activities link with the overall purpose or strategy of the company (show how each CSR initiative achieves this linkage in broad terms, explain the connection)?
• Compare the three years of reports along with the above parameters (through the above questions).
• The following areas to be focused on: Community, Employees, and Environment (2-3 initiatives). Use table format and then explain
