Problem Statement 1:

A number of people who have left your childcare facility, told you that they ‘under-appreciated’ by the line manager. Several of them mentioned the lack positive feedback. In the view of one leaver, “my manager never mentioned the good work that I had done. There was always a concentration on what I had failed to do”

Problem Statement 2:

Two member of your room work team have recently complained to you that they cannot work together. They both blame the other person. It appears that there is conflict between them regarding late attendance and morning break times. You are aware of the unease this is causing on the team with other staff members taking sides, and you intend to take action to resolve the issue.

Requirement For each of the problem statements above prepare a written response (750-800 words each) Your response should focus on potential solutions to the problems you identify, based on your experience in the field combined with secondary research on conflict, influencing skills etc.
