Background

The quality of health plays an important part in a society that cannot be understated. Health quality can be primarily defined as the state of the individual in terms of physical and mental well-being with references to what is considered as being what is referred to as optimal operational capability based on the genetic potential of each individual as well as established guidelines by the scientific health authority (Nary&Summers, 2017). A healthy community is a desirable characteristic of any flourishing civilisation because it enables them to progress forward sustainably.

In addition, the absence of optimal functioning can leave several detriments to both the individual, this immediate family, and society as a whole. Maladaptive health and poor physical and mental conditioning can lead to consequences that are far-reaching; as such it is of vital importance that the well-being of a community is sustained and encouraged to ensure that society can function both optimally and continue to perpetuate itself (Smithies&Webster, 2018).

This research proposal is this centred on the fabrication of a means of continued health and well-being promotion cycle. A primary and a secondary mixed methods approach will be necessary to complete the task if tangible aftermaths are to be acquired towards the end of the exercise.

Objectives

To ensure that the community sustains and perpetuates a lifestyle that places the importance of health in both the physical and mental categories. The following objectives shall have to be assiduously executed to ensure success;

1. The consultation from both primary and secondary sources to first establish a basic frame of reference into what good health is in both physical and mental qualities.
2. To ascertain the changing requirements of health and mental well-being throughout the ages and how they have evolved, giving an exact idea about the evolving nature of human necessities
3. Ascertaining, which of these characteristics can be observed within certain communities in terms of both desirable and undesirable traits; each categorized based on the cohort being observed.
4. Seeking ways to mimetically spread the propagation of desirable traits while eliminating the negative and unwanted ones in a systematic manner that eliminates that over time through positive or negative reinforcement-based strategies.
5. To evaluate how each of the proposed methodologies can be effective in different cohort groups based on their qualities and characteristics.
6. Evaluating which methodologies would be ineffective, unfeasible, or generally have a negative impact through an argumentative and analytical approach so that only beneficial qualities remain that will be propagated through mimetic means.
7. A feedback process which observes the implementation of the plans over a period shall be conducted to ascertain the efficacy of the respective methods employed; revisions may be necessary to account of real-world data or incidents which may not have been accounted for due to both the limitations of human perception, as well as to account for probabilistic uncertainty.
8. Revisions would be executed as necessary before proceeding back to step seven until a desirable or feasible outcome is achieved.

Scope

The scope of the project puts it into requiring a large amount of data from both primary sources as well as secondary ones. In part, primary data collection can be conducted for each cohort that will be examined. To ensure that ethical standards are being followed to avoid backlash, the participants will be familiarised with the extent of the research; they will be instructed on how their data will be utilised in the research and in what manner and to what degree their personal information shall be used and by what groups, individuals, or organisations.

For secondary data, health care professionals and organisations which are focused on the health of the community, such as local hospitals, NGOs, and the like will be inquired, and their valuable data will be requested to assist in the research process. Further ethical approval, where required shall be sought, but considering the lack of potential dangers and the tame nature of the research involved; little to no moral or ethical dilemmas can be observed in this endeavour.

Conclusion

In conclusion, this research proposes the use of highly investigative health-based research as a means of providing the community with a regimen or guideline that promotes, both through instruction and memetic mannerisms; the means to keep their physical and mental well-being functioning in what is ascertained to be an optimal state. Spiritual or religious-based well-being and such shall not be examined or investigated in this endeavor, as such instances are quite problematic to ascertain academically and fall outside the scope of current material science research.
