2)  Provide an example of how reputational damage, caused by a sustainability issue, in the supplychain damaged a business. Describe the actions the business could have taken to prevent such reputational damage.

3)Contrast and compare the characteristics of an efficient supplychain with those of a responsive (or flexible) supplychain. Provide industry examples of both and describe how a sustainable procurement strategy is relevant to both.
