Guide to Completing the Assignment
The key to completing this assignment is to be very methodical in your approach. There are ten learning outcomes being assessed, and each should be seen as a section or heading in its own right. The assignment should also be bookended by an introduction and conclusion. You are also required to include a bibliography at the end of the assignment – it is important that you use references/citations in the course of the assignment.
Some of the headings relate directly to your work experience placement, while others are a little more general in nature. However, the discussion of these headings will also be strengthened by reference to your placement.
While on placement, keep notes under the various headings. Relate these notes back to both your class notes and your reading/research. The learner record should then be written on the basis of these notes.
