Having identified these possible claims you should set out what evidence you would need to succeed in each claim, where the burden of proof lies, and the risks associated with each individual claim, if any. 2. You should further identify the time limits for the bringing of each claim and the possible remedies which might be obtained. In respect of the claims identified, you should advise whether or not it is possible to initiate all proposed complaints and whether there are any restrictions in respect of potentially overlapping complaints.
