You are required to submit one blog post article of approx. 2,500 words or a Vlog of 15 minutes duration in which you will compare and  contrast key approaches to enhancing individual and team performance within your service and critically evaluate the potential impact on patient/service use experience and outcomes.

Drawing on the theories, models and concepts discussed during the Module 1 Part 2, you should compare and contrast two distinct approaches to enhance both team and individual performance with your service. In doing so you should critically evaluate the following key areas:

• Relevance for your service
• Potential impact for patients/service users/staff
• Potential approaches to assessing the effectiveness of these approaches

Your submission should conclude with recommendations for implementation.

Your assignment should be properly referenced, in accordance with the guidance contained in the Getting started section of the Virtual Campus, and cover all aspects of the brief in the main body of the assignment. If submitting a Vlog, please submit a written bibliography in addition to your recording.
