I hold a Diploma of Early School Education from Ateneum University in Poland. During my time there, I gained a comprehensive understanding of early childhood development and education. I also had the privilege of working in the field for two years, where I assumed the role of a group leader. In this capacity, I took on various responsibilities to ensure the optimal growth and development of the children under my care:

Professional Childcare: I provided expert and nurturing childcare, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of the children.

Observations and Reporting: I conducted monthly observations of the children’s developmental phases and documented my findings. This practice enabled me to monitor their progress and tailor my teaching methods accordingly.

Parent Communication: I maintained open communication with parents, addressing their questions and concerns about their children’s care and development. This collaborative approach fostered a strong partnership between the parents and the educational institution.

Health and Safety: I upheld rigorous health and safety procedures to create a secure

Effective Teaching Strategies: I am eager to learn new and innovative teaching strategies that can captivate young minds and facilitate their learning and development.

Parent Engagement: I hope to acquire techniques to engage parents more effectively, fostering a strong partnership between educators and families for the holistic growth of the children.
