Identify three examples under the two headings below, of circumstances/instances throughout your placement where a social care worker could hypothetically be at risk of someone taking legal action against them under the following headings: –

1. Professional Negligence
2. A human rights breach

Each example must address one or more of the two areas of law listed above. Each of the two areas of law must be addressed at least once.

Each example must include the following information:-
