Question 1

During time management I used the planning process quite effectively. Here I have used my calendar tool consistently and planned my week before. This enabled me to keep room for emergency situation and balance my work and life effectively. Planning had also included my capacity of writing everything directly to the calendar. I had a good overview of how I will spend the time in the following week.

This was the simplest plan initially but gradually with the work pressure I had used a more advanced planning process to deal with the requirement in my profession. In the time management capacity, I understood the importance of planning the activities and the resources I need. In this regard, I had a fair understanding of how much time I can keep completing a task.

However in many cases, I required support from others, therefore, some tasks were pending for a long period of time (Abduolimova and Ibrokhimova 2022). I had followed the process of setting boundaries and saying no to the other activities hampering my plan and schedule but I must implement them more effectively in future situations.

I have set a clear boundary for people delegating the task and engaging me in their projects. These were a clear distraction from my priority list. Therefore I need to improve the process more effectively so that I can complete my own projects first and then ook for others.

Question 2

In my workplace, I will definitely improve my time management skill and prevent all possibilities of procrastination. The destination is related to a variety of negative effects like loss of reputation, financial status, and wellbeing. This can enhance interpersonal relationship problems and worsen physical and mental health.

In the ECCC Preschool setting, Procrastination is dangerous because this can ruin the academic future of the students eventually. Procrastination enhances stress for the teachers and they lead to occupational Burnout and poor performance in the classroom. It reduces job satisfaction on the part of the professionals and they cannot motivate students anyway (Oyarzun, Martin, and Moore 2020).

Ideologically the teachers abide by their tight schedules and deal with extremely challenging classrooms. These often lead them to feel tired and demotivated by their responsibilities.
