Using Gibb’s Reflective Cycle the reflective journal will include

• Observation of experienced practitioners and supervisors in their work in each placement. Five entries require the learner to: Observe and reflect on the daily routines in ELC
• Observe and reflect on the regulations, frameworks, and policies in action.
• Observe and reflect on communication, teamwork and respectful and inclusive approaches in action.
•  Reflect on learning from the tripartite meetings e
• Reflect on their professional development while on placement and on future learning goals and opportunities
