Each person is required to prepare a personal action plan on how they will take the learning from this module and apply them to their own world of work. This plan should contain reflections on two questions:
1. What 3 lessons/tools from the project management module would, If implemented, be of greatest benefit to both you personally and or your organization? Your reflection should clearly outline why these lessons are of such value and how you might use them?
2. Why have these lessons/tools not already been applied by you and or your organization to date? What would the barriers to implementation be if you were to attempt to implement them, and how will you overcome those barriers?
