The Final Assignment should be completed at the conclusion of the course, once all sessions have been completed. The submission date is approximately two weeks after the final session of the course; please check the course details for the exact date.

Select at least one topic from the course that is of particular interest to you or that you would like to learn more about. This topic can be either an entire topic lecture, such as “Selection” or it could be a subsection of a lecture, for example, “Unconscious Bias in Selection”. You can choose to discuss more than one topic but they must all relate to each other. In other words, there must be a logical link, such as for example, reward and performance management.
