Waste Not Want Not is a family-owned business, founded over 40 years ago. It has Crown over the years from being 3 family members to 30 full-time employees. Extensions have been added on as the business has expanded. The facility is comprised of predominantly Irish staff, although there are some employees from Eastern Europe, some of whom have poor written and spoken English.

The facility is based in the midlands (Ireland), and collects waste nationwide, sometimes processing waste at client sites. The processing facility is located on a remote 20-acre site, with restricted access, and is bordered by forestry on three sides.

The facility currently has 30 employees with roles in various functions such as Management, administration, plant operations, and collection/deliveries. Most employees are based at the facility where waste is received, sorted, and shipped on for either landfill, recycling, or further processing by other industries. Most waste arrives in skips from both domestic and commercial clients. This business does not deal in domestic refuse collection.
