The organization in recent times has grown extensively. However, due to the pandemic situation and economic loss, the organizations are facing doldrums, which shows the increasing number of ethical deficits that have been taking place in companies all over the world. The ethical deficit is one such aspect that many companies face when dealing with certain situations in the companies themselves.

This is when certain strategies or tools are used, among which compliance is one such tool that can help reduce the companies’ ethical deficit. In this aspect, the concerned project will consider whether compliance can be an effective tool to improve the ethical performance of companies situated all over the world.

Also, the project will include the aims and objectives of the research. The project will also identify the research question and the hypotheses, which will help define the subject area and help keep track of the research. This research question and hypothesis will further relate to findings and discussion of the inclusion of literature review.
