Q1 a. Discuss the nature of a SWOT analysis.

b. Analyse your chosen company using the SWOT tool (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), prioritizing your lists in the order you feel is most important, and giving a short justification/reasoning for each.

Q2 Critically evaluate and justify what makes the company different from 2 of its main competitors. Consider ideas we have covered in class, such as value proposition, and generic strategies, to analyze your company.

Q3 Using your analysis from parts 1 & 2 recommend 2 strategies or approaches that the company may take. Justify your answer.
