You are a transport consultant specializing in fleet operations. Your manager has given you the Freight Transport Association of Irelands (FTAI) Managers Guide to Distribution Costs. This guide is aimed at helping fleet managers to benchmark the cost of doing business.
You are required to review the document and provide a report to your manager. You are to benchmark two of the companies listed below and determine their fleet and transport costs compared to the report and then make recommendations for improvement.
The report should cover
