This assignment explores how quality, a key principle underpinning contemporary healthcare, could be improved through the application of a change initiative.

The aim of the assignment is to enable students to apply, synthesize, and evaluate their knowledge of leadership, quality, and change within their own area of practice.

The assignment is grounded in lectures, discussions, and relevant reference materials provided for the module. In addition, it must draw on relevant theoretical and empirical literature as well as knowledge and insights derived from professional practice and other modules on the M.Sc. program as appropriate.
