TASK 6
Produce a Personal Development Plan for one member of the team. The plan should include the following:
(1) skills audit (use the same template as in task 4),
(2) learning goals, and
(3) development plan. (See section 3.2)

Reflect on the following statement concerning the Four Classic Leadership Styles(Democratic, Autocratic, Laissez-faire, Charismatic): “Leaders should exercise a range of management styles and should use them as appropriate.”Based on your own experience of each of the four styles, describe one example of where the style was appropriate; and one example of where the style was not appropriate (section 1.2.3).

a. Outline a conflict situation that you experienced/witnessed in your workplace.
b. Consider the conflict management styles (Accommodating, Competing, Collaborating, Avoiding, Compromising) in section 2.8 and identify which style was used. Comment on whether this was effective. If it was not, identify the style you feel should have been used in this situation (section 2.8).
TASK 9
Delegate three tasks to a direct report or colleague, using the TRUST ME delegation method and complete the TrustMe delegation template for each task.
