Critical reflection of your own personal learning and development while working/learning about working with children, parents/guardians and colleagues (refer to Aistear (National Council for Curriculum and Assessment, 2009) and Síolta (Centre for Early Childhood Development and Education, 2006). Use Gibbs reflective cycle.
